Bring a friend and share a room together. Some rooms can accommodate up to three people.

Private rooms are also available.

If you are open to sharing a room with someone you don't know, please let us know and we will try to find you a roommate. If we are unable to match you with someone, the private room rate will apply. 
 

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

A $500 deposit saves your spot. Once registered, the deposit is non-refundable.

• 50% of the balance (minus the $500 deposit) is due on November 15th, 2023

• The remaining balance is due on or before February 15th, 2024

• Cancel on or prior to November 14th, 2023 for a full refund (minus the $500 deposit)

• Cancel on or prior to February 15th, 2024 for a 50% refund (minus the $500 deposit)

• There is no refund for cancellations on or after February 16th, 2024

Refund rules are in affect due to associated costs such as retreat site, accommodations, special guest speakers, swag bag, and other preparations for this event. Cancellations may be transferred to another person. 

Take $59 off when you pay with Venmo or Zelle.
